December of 2024 Mountain Project received information that climbing has been prohibited for the past 2 years. Violations result in $250 fine. They have mounted trail cameras tp catch violators.

[Hide Comment] I proposed new names for the 4 unknown named problems. I was shown this boulder many years ago by some guys from Plainview (unfortunately I don't remember names of the dudes or the 2 lines they had established on the boulder). If anyone knows original names of problem 1 or 4 let us know but I don't think anyone in the Amarillo community has contact with the first crew that climbed here. I think at this point establishing some proper names would be warranted.
