You are right, thanks. "Joe's Rock" was from Paul Baird's old unpublished guide. I just mentioned it here for historical purposes. Over the years better names have evolved for a lot of things. Feb 6, 2013
You are thinking of the Death Dive boulder. Feb 6, 2013

This was originally called Joe's Rock. The Suicide boulder I think was the one by the road near the Egg where you jump up to the lip and mantle and if you fall off you land on a blade of rock. The name is probably more fitting for this one though. Feb 5, 2013

from the old lincolnwoodsbouldering.com website:

5. Deep Pockets, V6
Start crouching just to right of boulder at base of face. Starting with hands on good jugs move up to bad right hand crimp, lock off and then make long reach with left hand to small pocket in right-diagonaling seam. Reach right hand for another pocket higher up in seam and then follow the seam up and right to top out. Note: Direct topout is HARD and SCARRY. Jan 9, 2012
Was at this Boulder yesterday and saw a line chalked up on the right side. Started on a jug with bad feet. A few campusy single pad sloppy rails and a crimp to a pocket. Does anyone know what this line is? Seemed about V8 ish... Jan 9, 2012
