DescriptionThis large boulder contains a number of good boulder problems. Many of the problems have high delicate top outs so it is a good idea to bring plenty pads and spotters.
The rock is made of good quality compact granite, with the odd quartz vein for some variety.
The tops of the problems are often dirty, but as people climb the problems they will clean up.
Getting ThereFrom the parking lot, take the counter clockwise bike / walking trail for 400 yards. After crossing the last footbridge you'll pass Horseshoe Slabs. Continue for another 100 yards and then if you look right you'll see the Dog Boulder
