Description
Not often climbed area with great quality of routes. You can see this Pinnacle from Moratorium parking lot
Getting There
Park at first pull out on the left after passing Manure Pile buttress entrance (~1.7 miles west of from Camp 4). I believe this is same parking as for Moratorium and you can see both from this parking: Slab Happy Pinnacle and Moratorium. Walk up hill reaching the toe of Loggerhead Buttress and than skirting the east side of the Buttress about 20 minutes until granite barrier reached. Walk right along the barrier until you see some passage up can be made. The ducks should be there. Scramble up the passage with some class 4 moves to the base of the Pinnacle. From parking lot it take about 50 minutes to 1 hour, with about 1,000 feet of elevation gain
