Description
ATTENTION/ACCESS ISSUE:
The property owner of this location has apparently been having issues with squatters, and has put up "No Trespassing" signs. So far they have been OK with climbers, but you MUST get verbal permission from them EACH DAY you climb at this location. Knock on the door of the house. If they are not home, DO NOT CLIMB. If you are unable to get verbal permission, and it's a nice day to swim, check out the Old Route 12 boulders instead...
The property owners are no longer allowing climbing in this area.
Located in South Royalton right on Vermont route 14, Riverside Walls offers a handful of mixed sport/trad climbs, with bolted anchors for top roping. Climbs are all pretty much slab, and range from around 5.6 to 5.10d. About half a dozen boulder problems are there, too. These also range on the easier to moderate side. The vast majority of information here was taken from the CRAG-VT forums here
