Description
Area to the west of Uncertainty Principle and south of Jaws. Secluded little area with multiple climbing options. The rock is flawless. On the main GSS boulder there are 2 5.9 splitter cracks and the 5.12 Woodson testpiece Widow's Bereft. There is also an old aid route that looks hard.
Getting There
Take the faint trail west off the road at the switchback from the base of Uncertainty Principle. When you get to a wash turn left (south) and walk down it for 20 feet. Then turn west again where the trail will take you to the base of the Grand Central Station Area.
This area can also be accessed from Jaws by walking down hill (south) in the wash.
