Description

The big grey to orange wall right of the overhangs. Sunny all day. Can be crowded on the weekends as many of the routes are more moderate routes for the area. Great rock, supper sold sandstone. Almost all routes have glue in U bolts but might want to bring a few bolt hangers just in case.

Also FYI most of the routes have there names/abbreviated names painted on the rock at the starts for easy finding of routes.

Getting There

From Sydney take the Great Western Hwy. West (you will see signs for Blue Mnt. Also keep an eye out for speed cameras there all over this highway) Go through Katoomba and about 15min latter you will reach Mt. York Rd. there's a Caltex gas station on the corner. Go right on Mt. York Rd. follow this for 5-10min and you will see and small parking lot on your left with a sign that says Barden's Lookout, park here. Follow climbers trail off to the right from parking lot down a series of steps. Go past a bunch of hard overhanging routes and the wall will be right after them.
