Description

The Sad Parrot boulder rewards good technique and strong fingers. All the problems here are worthwhile, but the outstanding ones are located on the slabby west face.

The boulder faces west and is a good location for a cold winters afternoon as you catch the last rays of sun. However, beware the sun is your enemy as days warm up and the crimps feel smaller and smaller.

This defiantly saves the area, and makes it a worthwhile place to visit - assuming you have strong fingers.

Getting There

Walk up the slope to the center of the area, and you'll come to this boulder on the right as you approach the eastern rim.
