Description
This is a classic boulder and a must if in the area. There are many problems on this boulder. It has good warm-up problems that get you ready for the rest of the area on the east face and, of course, the classic, sloper lowball - Chinese Algebra on the west face.
Getting There
From the parking area, head through the green gate (make sure to close) and down. Coming to a creek - cross it (it's easy) - and head up to a path that parallels the creek. Head down (S) the path passing a few large boulders, with some easy highball problems on it, eventually hitting somewhat of a clearing - allowing a view of a set of big boulders spaced about a hundred yards apart from each other. The first one that you hit is the Mecca Boulder.
