The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
This seldom visited east-facing wall which overlooks The Outback proper is actually the backside of Grain Surgery Wall and Mud Wrestling Wall. Although large in size it's generally poor rock quality and uninspiring lines help to keep it from seeing much action.

Getting There
Easily approached from the mouth of Steve Canyon proper by heading around the southern end of Sidewinder Rock - West Face and then north along a trail which leads directly to the wall.
Also reached from anywhere in the The Outback proper by heading west along the north side of The Blob directly to the formation.
