Description

Battert Mountain is 568m high and supports over 20 crags. It gives nice views of Baden-Baden and is also nice when viewed from town. The major crags are Cima della Madonna & Sass Maor with 36 routes, 46 at the Badenerwand, and finally the Falkenwand with the largest sum of routes (54) and the longest routes up to 60m. Please read descriptions well to uphold local ethics.

Getting There

TRAIN: To Baden-Baden, then take a bus to Altes Schloss, take the trail from there.
AUTO: Go to Herrenäckerstrasse and park in the forest parkinglot, then take the trail Abzweigung to "Felsenweg" and to the crags.
