Description Suggest change

A nice easily accessible crag located right by the Bruner Run take-out area for the Lower Yough River. Located apprx. 7.5miles downstream from Ohiopyle. This crag sport a bunch of nice face climbs of varying difficulty. One of the top choices here is O'Brien's line which was put up by local river guide Kevin O'Brien in the late 80's. Other high quality lines exist here as well as several moderate trad climbs for the aspiring trad leader. Definitely worth visiting and can be combined with the other Ohiopyle crags just upstream from the parking area.

Getting There Suggest change

Easiest approach is by car after Oct. 1st when the shuttle road is open to public traffic. During rafting season, it can be accessed by purchasing a shuttle token in town and taking the short bus ride down to the take-out area and walking the 5min. to the crag from there. The crag can be seen on the left hand side (coming down the road) just before the shuttle destination (parking area). The trail is marked with blue blazes and can be seen from where the road crosses the bike trail on the right facing uphill on the road.
