Description Suggest change

This north west facing wall stayed in the shade all day during the second half of September, as the sun would come around it would drop behind La Surgencia before it hit the wall.

This wall is loaded with thinner tuffa drips and look really cool because of it. The wall is bulging and not as steep as some of the other cliffs but still is quite overhung. The routes are mostly 5.13 and harder with a 5.12 and a 5.11, there is also a mid anchor on one of the 5.13's that yields a good 5.11+.

Getting There Suggest change

Head down into the canyon and up river around the point created by Las Ventanas. Head towards La Surgencia, but instead of going up to that cliff turn right and continue up canyon to the fork. Take the right fork and shortly you will see a trail heading up to the wall on your right. Approach takes 30 minutes or so.
