Description
If you have seen pictures of climbers being belayed from a raft, this is the spot. Quite secluded due to a long approach or having to swim or get your hands on a raft. Narrow canyon can be sheltered from the elements or funnel the wind.
Getting There
Head to teh El Puente camp ground. You will cross the bridge for some areas and head up the canyon to a side canyon (crossing the river once enroute) then you will need to get in the river and paddle or swim upriver a ways to the walls. For other cliffs you do not cross teh bridge and take a trail that eventually crosses a bridge over the side canyon and continue till you drop back down to the river. It depends on the cliff you want to go to. Approaches vary from 30 minutes to an hour.
