Description
Very shaded cliff is one of the furthest from the trailhead and also one of the best. The main right section of the wall features a huge overhang maybe 140 feet long and very steep, the wall tapers to the right to a tinny 100 feet tall and still overhanging about 25-30 feet at a minimum. The rock is pretty fractured and blocky in nature but a lot of work has been done to keep it all together.
The left portion of the wall is mostly vertical to slightly overhung grey stone with tuffas. The routes are 80 to 140 feet long as there are some extentions that climb up into the big overhanging wall above.
This is a pretty good place to climb when it is raining.
Getting There
Head down into the canyon and up river to the north until you round the point that Las Ventanas creates. Once around the corner, the wall will be obvious infront of you. It is the huge white overhang facing directly at you.
