This area can be approached from several places. It's located in the narrow corridors behind the Chimney Block and the Brutal Block. To access this area: walk between the S.B.R Block and Chimney block, scramble up and into the corridor between the Chimney Block and the Brutal Block, or scramble up into the passage behind the Brutal Block.
