Description

This is the huge cliff on the north side of the canyon--you can't miss it. The cliff is 150' high with many one and two pitch climbs. A 70 meter rope is required for most routes that are one pitch. Bring 20 QuickDraws these are long routes. This wall is fairly deceiving about the length of routes. Most routes are exposed, well protected, with great views of the valley. Little known and not crowded for now.
It’s a relatively new area. Helmets are essential and not belaying of hanging out directly below your climber is asking for trouble. Aways stay out of the drop zone uphill, The more this area gets climbed the better the climbing becomes. It has improved every year, but it is older rock so keep alert.

Getting There

Hike about 5 minutes up the main trail to a notch between two massive cliffs. Go left (north) along the base of the cliff to find the routes.
