The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
This is to the right of the northwest face and is the first section encountered when approaching from No Place Like Dome area. The Summit block is split by a wide crack "The Hourglass" climbs the face to the left of this crack. "Walking The Dog" climbs the face to the right. "Ruby Slippers" climbs a slab on the far right of this face.
