Access Issue: New Access Difficulties
Details
A new fence laced in razor wire has been erected on the far end of the dam where you used to hop over. Skirting around is a trivial matter, but I'm unsure how the message should be interpreted. There are no new signs indicating closures, and you can still hike over from Stumbling Blocks/Ghetto Wall. If anything the fence is going to have more of an effect on the hikers trying to do the loop than the climbers. On the plus side, I've never seen it so empty at this area.
Access Issue: New route or crag development is NOT permitted within Malibu Creek SP at this time. Do not improve trails or belay areas using materials brought from outside the park.

Description
A small section of rock crag with one exceptional route (Fissure Man), and a couple of contrived ones to fill in the spaces. Good wall to hit if The Power Wall is overrun (likely). Starts right out of the wash, might not be accessible if we ever get some rain in Southern California. Good luck pulling your rope without getting the end wet.
