Description

State Highway 313 goes off west from U S 191 about 9 miles north of Moab. It is the road that goes to Dead Horse Point State Park, and Island-in-the-Sky District of Canyonlands National Park. There are climbs and cliffbands along this road.
RAIN, WET ROCK and RAPTOR CLOSURES: The sandstone around Moab is fragile and is very easily damaged when it is wet. Also please ask and be aware of Raptor Closures in areas such as CAT WALL and RESERVOIR WALL in Indian Creek Details

in case you were thinking that Supercrack of Moab sounds cool, don't bother. The 1st pitch is so bad I had to wonder if most of it collapsed since last climbed- but still looks like the picture in the book. Then the crack itself is good, very sandy dusty mess. Nov 11, 2017
