Access Issue: RAIN, WET ROCK and RAPTOR CLOSURES: The sandstone around Moab is fragile and is very easily damaged when it is wet. Also please ask and be aware of Raptor Closures in areas such as CAT WALL and RESERVOIR WALL in Indian Creek Details

Description

This is the dome-like formation on the east side of the highway at the junction of U.S. 191 (main road) and State Highway 211 (Indian Creek Road). It is a prominent landmark. For years it had a flag waving from its summit. It is shaped like a saucer, or the dome of a church.
