The Triple Traverse

Wyoming > Wind River Range > Dinwoody Glacier Area.

Description

The triple traverse climbs Mt. Warren, Doublet, and Dinwoody. It is an excellent moderate mountain adventure traversing a dramatic skyline via moderate 4th class and 5th class terrain.

Getting There

Approach via Dinwoody Glacier. From the morraine below Gannett Peak, travel up Elsie Col. From this Notch, begin up Mt. Warren. The approach takes about an hour.
