Access Issue: Line Fire Closure in effect until 11/30/2024 Details

All Forest Service roads and access to the forest are closed due to the recent, and still ongoing, Line Fire.

Closure is in effect until the end of November, but given current conditions and precedent, it's unlikely they will open back up this season.

Description

This is the area north of the of the Central Pinnacles and the northern parking area and includes Canine Crag, Stone Wall, Itnyre Pinnacle, the OJ Boulder and the more recently developed and lesser known Voodoo Garden.

Getting There

Hike north from the northern parking area along the dirt access road which parallels the rock formations and then hike west and uphill to the desired crag(s); as an alternative you can drive the road and park in any of several pullouts along the way.
