Description Suggest change

The most prominent rock above the marsupials, with the large SW face.

Getting There Suggest change

Hike up burma road and take the climber's trail at the switchback. Branch right, walking uphill across the slope toward Brogan Spire, then up to the notch between Brogan and the Marsupial Wall. Locate a faint trail traversing directly across the hillside toward the top of Koala Rock, then up to the base of the Wombat. Takes about an hour.

The descent trails on either side of Koala Rock are very eroded and should be avoided going up on the approach. Climbing Round River or Thin Air on Koala would also make for a nice approach diversion.
