Description

This small bouldering wall/cliff is about 100 yards or so from the freeway. The landing is mostly dirt which is sloping towards the bottom of the wall. The wall is slightly overhanging and approximately 15 ft. tall. Due to the location next to the freeway bums frequent this area so be aware of your surroundings.

Getting There

Follow the normal directions to rocky butte then follow these. To reach the Schwingus, park by a stone wall on the East side of the rock across from the south entrance to the bible school(right by the big domes). Follow the trail that parallels this wall, eventually dropping down to the freeway. When the trail splits, follow the right fork down the hill paralleling a chain link fence(which is right next to the freeway, so wave to the passerbys). Eventually the trail heads right, back in the woods and in a couple of hundred yards the small cliff will be apparent.
