Description

Two levels of northwest-facing climbs are separated by a big ledge accessed from below by passing a big cave (the Bat Cave).

Getting There

Follow the Cedar Creek trail. You'll pass the first level of routes, followed by the Bat Cave on the left with access to the upper routes.

[Hide Comment] To get here, just walk up and along the creek after you cross the Poudre like you're going to the Palace... you'll see the climbs on your left after a 10 minute or so hike. The three routes we did (didn't get on the 5.8) are underrated - the rock is good, and all climbs have fun movement, definitely tricky and awkward at times, although short. Great place for an aspiring 5.11 leader. I thought all the routes were 11s: 11b on the far left, then two 11a's to the right. Cool setting by the creek and away from the crowds. Apr 25, 2020
