Getting There

Drive West on Canyon from Boulder and set your odometer at the bridge just east of the Dome. Drive 8.1mi up the canyon and a little ways beyond Boulder Falls, look for Practice Rock on the north side of the road with a gravel pullout. Park here then head across the creek on the south side of the road via a tree bridge.

To access the routes, hike downstream to the east end of the wall then scramble up an easy ramp to the base of the routes. Descent from the top is via rappel.

This subarea is on the far right side.

Per Kevin Corrigan: to reach The Patio, hike and scramble climbers' right via a low trail above the creek. The Patio begins when you reach a ledge featuring an overhang with blocky, golden rock.

The final two routes are around the corner, down, and climber's right of the main ledge. They can be accessed by rock hopping from the road just upstream, and they begin near the creek.

[Hide Comment] The current directions listed here will not get you to The Patio. For some reason, Aquarium Wall, The Patio, and Bean Liquor Wall all have the same directions right now, and that is not correct. The Patio is down and climbers' right of the main Bell Buttress wall. Take the main Bell Buttress tyrol, then go right, and stay low. Aug 22, 2023
