The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
This formation lies roughly east of the route Beam Me Up Scottie, and east of the Stirrup Tower formation. It faces southwest, and the climbs start right from ground level.
Getting There
From the parking lot, walk around either end of Stirrup Tower to get to the rock.
