Pinnacle Colada

Colorado > Boulder > Flagstaff

Description

This is the first prominent rectangular pinnacle uphill and to the north of the "First Overhang" boulder.

Per henrydec1: This is a tall thumb-shaped boulder with highballs. Taken from flagstaffmountainbouldering…; thank him.

This is a combination of 2 entries.

Getting There

To get to this boulder, park at the very top parking lot (same as you would for the "First Overhang" boulder). Go slightly uphill and you will find this large pinnacle.

Per henrydec1: head up Flagstaff Road. Park in the pullout on the right side of the road at the left-turning switchback 2.1 miles after crossing over the Armstrong Bridge. Your car will be facing First Overhang no more than 30 yards away. The remainder of the boulders are located pretty much in a straight line behind First Overhang. Just take off down the wash to the north and you'll see Last Overhang on the right.
