Description

This area encompasses the westernmost collection of rocks. Continuing past The Prowe, the trail terminates at the top of several boulders overlooking the city of Escondido. The circumference around this point is the Eagles Peak Area.

Miike  
Classic local party spot, with a couple of interesting rock "chairs" to sit on. A lot of people don't know this, but you can see the Pacific Ocean on a clear day from the top. It isn't as far as people think, only about 12-13 miles as the crow flies. I remember smelling the ocean from there too, when the wind was coming inland.
