The Banana Cracks formation is located between Quail Springs Road and Hemingway Buttress.

Getting There

Follow the trail from the parking lot towards Hemingway, but veer off right to get to the Banana Cracks.

[Hide Comment] The routes start about 30 feet off the ground on a ledge; you've got to scramble up from either the right which leads to a hand traverse, or the left which is *ahem* 4th class. Dec 26, 2006
