The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
This is the first boulder encountered upon reaching the Chocolate Boulders and is also the largest boulder here. Swinging Richard (V4) with it's left-slanting crack/rail is the gem here but other fun problems exist. An easy descent is found down the south side of the boulder.
