DescriptionThe Rope de Dope Block is a solitary cube approximately 40ft. high that sits at the bottom of the hillside across the river from the main frontside climbing at Smith.
Often used by climbing schools, boy scout groups, and beginners, the Block provides easy access to a handful of fun topropes and easy leads.
A short bouldery scramble on the back side of the block is the best means for getting to the top to set up a top rope.
