Description
Dutchman Rampart is a group of broken walls and buttresses, north of Misery and west of The Frigate. The area contains a dozen moderate climbs, mostly short.
Getting There
Park in the lot at the SW corner of the lake, near the boat landing. Hike up the West Bluff Trail. Most of the way up turn right on to the obvious climbers trail and head east toward the Misery Rocks area. The trail ends on top of Misery Rocks. Descend the gully on the south side (skiers' right) of Misery Rocks and traverse north (left) across Misery Gully. Aim for the broken walls above (left of) The Frigate.
