Description Suggest change

Great beginners area. Not to mention, a lot of fun for anybody. All routes are easily top roped, and this area offers a lot of trad as well for those learning, or looking for an easy day. Most of the leadable climbs are 5.2-5.5. Access to the top is made easy, as there are "walk offs" in all directions. Routes are approximately 25 feet to 30 feet in length, climbers get sun, and belayers gets shade.

Getting There Suggest change

From the southwest boat ramp parking, take the West Bluff Trail up.  Where it first levels off, look for a well-beaten user trail on the right.  This heads toward the Lake and winds in below Stettner Rocks and above another cliff band.  See the climbing area map.

It is also possible to come up from below, but these user trails are less sustainable.
