Approach to The "M" in Bozeman

Take the "easy" route up the M by staying left from the parking lot. Follow the trail a ways until you see a well marked fork, and stay right at this fork. Follow the trail up and trough a pass in the fin, and continue on the trail along the bottom of the fin. To reach the further right climbs, continue to stay along the bottom of the fin when the main trail veers right away from it.
