Nearly 2 hours. From the flat summit, continue up to the notch, find the tree with the slings that rappels to the right into the notch. Do a rope-stretcher 30m rappel (60m rope reaches exactly). I'd advise rappelling under the big block so the rope doesn't get stuck pulling. At the end of the rappel, you rappel down through a tree and into a cave. Pull the rope (lots of friction at the start), change into your approach shoes, and walk down the steep gully for about 25 feet, then look up and left and go up for 100 feet. Then traverse for a ways to low angle trees.
