This is the Approach for Beginners Paradise Job for a Cowboy Hectors 11, Billy the Goat's Revenge and unnamed routes 1,2, and 3 as well as a few other climbs right next to it. After driving to the top of Airport hill park to your left and hike northward along the base of the wall towards Pine Valley MT until you see your desired climb.
