Follow the cairned trail from the parking area across the mesa top and down into the canyon on a solid trail. From the dry river bed in the canyon bottom, you have options to access the various areas. For the Capulet side canyon and Upper Wall, hike upstream (west) in the canyon bottom to large boulder at the intersection of the main canyon and the side canyon. Look for an cairned trail leading up the slope to the north. Follow this for a bit and take a left at the fork to access the Capulet side canyon or take a right to go up to the Upper Wall.
For the Hinterlands, Capulin Tower and Rocket Tower areas, continue upstream from the large boulder in the canyon bottom and look for a scrappy trail up to the Hinterlands/Capulin Tower area on the right. For Rocket Tower, there's not really a trail. Sight the tower and use your best judgement to access it.
For the Main Wall, go downstream in the canyon bottom and look for the path of least resistance up to the wall once below the wall.
