Approach to King of Thrones

Park at the large switchback. Hike uphill up the road just a short bit to a cairned trail on the right. Take this trail and look for a cairned trail to your left after a short bit of walking through the pine trees. Take this trail on the left, pass the base of Dornröschen (gray slab routes), turn the corner to the right and ascend the steep trail to King of Thrones.
