Approach to 3. The Moon

Take a left 1/4 mile after the creek and go through a wash that requires high clearance. Go to the right of a large hill with a ATV trail going up the middle. Tend to the right and don't get suckered into the more direct left roads. Continue heading north east until you get to a small dark gray mesa thingy and go around it to the north. Once past the little outcrop you can now head north west on a fairly packed road. Stay on this road until you are almost directly west of the field. Take a hog back on soft shale until you can cross the wash out. Park under the One Small Step Boulder.
