The least difficult (also much longer) way to the summit. Or could be done in reverse as a descent from the SW Ridge climbing route.
Starting from near the main road and campground by Rock Creek Lake, takes hiking trail roughly east then roughly south to around Francis Lake, then bushwhack and scramble roughly SSW to the summit of Mt Morgan (South). Could also be used in reverse downward as the second part of the traverse of Mt Morgan (like after climbing up the SW Ridge).
