Zipper problems // arcteryx

so have an alpha sv jacket that is 4 years old and one of the flanges on the zipper pull broke so the zipper is busted. Is this better as a self diy repair or will arcteryx fix this?

Call arc'teryx and see if they have an authorized service center nearby or send it in.

Zipper repair is usually covered by dead bird

However ther turn around time is often 4-8 weeka around the new year in talking with some of their folks, and thats local ... Add a week for shipping either way
