A prominent peak on the NW side of Titcomb Basin and the 9th highest peak in the Wind Rivers. This peak is highly visible from the west and can be seen from Pinedale.
This peak is not easy to climb and has no popular routes, so is climbed rarely. Bonney has a theory that Fremont climbed this peak instead of Fremont Peak in 1842. Having climbed both peaks I find this hard to believe as it is not nearly so easy to climb Woodrow Wilson.
This peak could also be listed under the Dinwoody Glacier area, but it is most often climbed from Titcomb Basin.
