DescriptionA beautiful area that is near Cirque of the Towers so it's a good addition if you have the time. There are several peaks for climbing, but it seems that Haystack has the most routes. Getting ThereApproach as for the Cirque, but at Big Sandy Lake, keep going along the NE side of the lake to a trail that heads up toward Clear Lake and then Deep Lake. The camping at Clear Lake offers some nice trees and looks preferrable to the Deep Lake site that is above treeline.
