Description

A lone pile of boulders. They are interesting because they are of different rock than most of whats around here, and they are at the top of a hill with no major formations around, and they are just a stack of boulders.

Getting There

From the start of telephone road, drive 2 miles to a t junction and go right on 712. Drive another half mile (2.5 total) and take a left. After another 1.8 miles (4.3 total) take a left on 714. After another .4 miles (4.7 total) take a right on 714E, and drive a little less than a tenth of a mile, looking up the hill to the right to get infrequent glimpses of the enigmatic pile of rocks. Drive a little further and then find a pulloff and walk up there. The stream can be a bit of a pain to cross.
