Description 

Slightly overhanging handcrack. Just like a slightly smaller Plumb Line. Thin hands at the bottom, and wide hands to fists at the top.

Location 

Smack dab in the middle of the spaghetti formation. From the approach scramble in through a few blocks just left of the obvious wide crack (which is a fun 5.10 offwidth on its own.) 1 in 3 sits back in this corridor. Scramble off.

Protection 

Pad. The landing kind of sucks. Putting the pad in the hole at the base is probably your best bet. I wouldn't want to fall from the top.
