Description 

Nice problem in the Otis area of the Roof Ranch, up at the top of the hill. Start with a right hand on the rounded arete and a left hand on the vertical seam. Then slap your way up to the top - one tricky move and then it is in the bag.

Location 

About .2 miles before you make it to the normal Roof Ranch parking area, you will look to your left and see a pair of big boulders - this is the Otis area. To find Electric Mexican, walk up the hill just past the big boulders (maybe 50 yards). You will spot this boulder near the top, before the fence.
