Just after the crux - now you have to work out to ...
Description
Killer problem - I get all obsessed with this thing and go back to it all the time. One of those maddening things where you spend a lot of time working the moves - get where you can do all the moves - but can't do them all in one push.
The rating is V5 in the book, but it seems considerably harder than other V5s I have done - might be V6?
Works out slopers on a horizontal rock to a wicked crux setting up for a throw to the other side of the rock - then work out to the peak of the rock and mantle over the top.
Fun! You might want to wear jeans and long sleeves - I get in a full on wrestling match with this thing and the rock is pretty coarse.
Location
Look at the picture - this problem lies at the base of the tower furthest to the left. Look for the boulder in the picture.
Protection
pad - works out a horizontal rock that never gets far off the ground - probably no room for a spotter
By far one of the most enjoyable problems I've ever done. It's worth doing everytime I go to coyote rocks. And jeans are definitely a good idea, or tape your ankles.
