What are the bolts like on this pitch? I assume they've been replaced?

I was on this route the same day as the photo poster Joe, Aug '07, and the bolts seem original. Some (maybe all?) Star Drive-ins and the last has a knifeblade with the bolt drilled through the blade as a hanger.
